Shipping and Returns Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Once your order is shipped out, an email notification with International e-packet tracking number will be sent to you. (unless you write us an email at strh.fashion@gmail.com to request delivery via Omniva parcel machines (Baltic states only), then we use your phone for deliveries instead)

Please note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

PROCESSING

At STRH, we value each and every single customer. Our top priority is making sure the items get delivered to our customer as soon as possible. Normally you will receive your order in 1 - 3 weeks from the date that it is placed. (depends on the shipping location)

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. Once the payment verified, the order cannot be cancelled or changed. However, we will do our best to support your requests.

SHIPPING PRICES

All shipments in Lithuania - Free

Registered with Express Shipping in Europe (Incl. Non-EU states)  - €5.95

International with Express Shipping (All Non-Europe states) - €9.95

TRACKING

To track your order, you need to copy your tracking number (it will be sent to your email address once product is shipped) and visit our courier's website to track it. In case of any problem please contact our customer support at: strh.fashion@gmail.com

DELIVERY

Delivery to countries such as: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and most of Europe countries could take 2 - 4 weeks. In some cases (if a delay occurs) up to 6 weeks maximum (we will inform by personal email message). It depends on the item and country. We manufacture all our products in Lithuania to bring unique items to our customers. All packages have tracking numbers. If you're still not sure, just email us. We're happy to help.

RETURNS/REFUND POLICY

Our Return Policy is as follows:

You may return all products within 14 days (from the date you receive the items) of delivery for exchange or refund. The original bag and tag should be intact, not be damaged.

For the returned item(s), we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund after we have checked your return tracking number or receipt.

Please note the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: swimsuit, lingerie, bodysuits, swimwear, jewellery, and accessories.

We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

Please do not make returns directly to the address on the package received. Only send to the address that our customer service provided.

If you wish to return the items to the nearest return address, please contact with us and our customer service will reply to you within 24 hours.

Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment that was used to place your order. Please allow 24 hours with PayPal and up to 15 business days with credit card for your refund to appear.

The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.

We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost unless a mistake is made by STRH.
